Any updates, design and templates will also be considered as part of the Software. This software is a non-transferable internal use license under the copyright to use, display, execute and perform for the sole purpose of viewing the Digital Photo Albums created by ZOOMRIYA.
PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTENT
Upon uploading your Photo and Video Content, you hereby acknowledge that the Content conforms to the rules and regulations as stated in our Terms of Service. ZOOMRIYA reserves the right to refuse design a Digital Photo Album that contains Content that breaches any of the agreements and privacy policies of the company. It is your responsibility to alert ZOORIYA if your Content contains any explicit or sensitive content such as nudity and or profanity in order for special arrangements to be made when handing your Content.
We are not responsible for consumer-generated mistakes, such as but not limited to, spelling and spacing errors, missing or incomplete files, or missing or incomplete images, once your Digital Album ready for review, we request customers to thoroughly check their Album before approving it. We do not accept any amendments or changes once we released the final version of the Album.
SECURITY & PAYMENT PROCESSING
ZOOMRIYA takes security of data very seriously. All personal data collected is transferred and stored securely, using industry standard encryption protocols, and approved transfer mechanisms. Our team is trained on the importance of Privacy and Data Protection and will adhere to our relevant policies.
All payments are processed through secure 3rd party providers. We currently use PayPal (https://paypal.com) to process all credit card payments. ZOOMRIYA does not process or store your credit card information.
AGE LIMITATIONS
There is no legal minimum age requirement to access and browse this Site; however, we do advise that anyone below the age of 18 should obtain parental consent in using our services, and for the submission of credit card information when placing an order.
